    Everything is good apart from the pool which is dangerous with tiles falling off everywhere. Needs to be addressed mediately. It has been like this since we visited last year.

    This is the main Sutus Court hotel right on Buakhao Road. I had one of the inner court units so it was very quiet day and evening. The room was clean and the linens were crisp and clean as well and I slept well every night of my stay. Also, had plenty of hot water in the shower with good water pressure and there was a kettle in the room and I made hot coffee every morning; however, there is a Cheap Charlie's restaurant a few steps to the right from the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they serve coffee drinks as well. As it's on the main road, the baht bus can be hailed right outside the hotel for 15 baht which is a fantastic way to travel from one of the Soi Buakhao to the other. The pool was very relaxing, no screaming kids and maintained well. I would stay here again.

    Have stopped here a few times now and I would highly recommend Location is great for Nightlife, restaurants and anything else you plan to do For the price it’s difficult to beat.

    Booking inn process was easy, and the location of the hotel is in the heart of the city, many restaurants and 7/11 on the doorstep. However I found the bed very hard and the springs were damaged causing you to lean to one side causing you to fall out of bed. This was reported to reception who mentioned that other guests had complained about the mattresses and that they would have a look. Staff never looked or changed the mattress. Second night in, I was bitten all over my feet within the bed covers. Due to staff not caring about changing rooms or the mattress I decided to leave early. Very disappointed.
