    Very good value for money. Clean, water provided, tea coffee etc. The beds are extremely comfortable, soft but still firm. That means a lot in Thailand where most beds are too hard for me. It is on a street with some bars but they close early and no noise carries - the rooms face a peaceful courtyard.

    The location is ideal at the NE corner of Old Town. The room was clean and quiet. The services, including WiFi, were excellent. Looking forward to my next stay!

    Me and my husband were staying in Chiang Mai for a few days and the stay was so comfortable and well located that we booked few more days to stay there. It is in the old town for a very good price, there are many bars, restaurants, coffee places nearby and it is a walking distance to the night market. Truly a great stay!
