    I also had a wonderful stay at I Talay Hotel during my trip to Koh Samet. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy the beautiful beach. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made my vacation even more enjoyable.

    This room really did ruin our little holiday. To the rude woman on the desk that was so grumpy. Damp ceilings and toilet. Dripping, mold air conditioning. Would not recommend and will never return. The only good thing was the location but you can get far better with same location. What a waste of money

    The staff are very kind, especially the owner. Cute, small hotel very close to the pier and walking distance to the beach and restaurants

    1. The reception old lady is not friendly. She was rude and even expression. 2. The room lighting is very dark. 3. TV was not working till i left the hotel. 4. Rooms are not clean. Bed shaggy, chair and even sofa. Room are not cleaned everyday. 5. Bathroom is small. 6. No tea coffee facilities. Glasses are different size and shapes 7. Bike facilities there but the lady on the reception charge high rate 8. Rooms are old structures. You can hear the talks of next room. 9. No views from rooms as mentioned the advertisement. Completely wrong. Overall, the services was worst. The only good thing is location wise it is good.
