    Had a lovely overnight stop here one way up to BKK - right on beach, food in restaurant was good and sunset nice. Rooms nothing special but decent for price. Would stay again. Fairly average breakfast in morning

    I stayed in this resort for two nights. Staffs were supportive and willing to help. However, no matter how supportive the staffs they cant overpower the outcome of poor management. I faced many challenges in this resort. First despite, being clearly mentioned that check-in time was 2 PM I could only check-in at around 3:45. Then the room I checked in, the AC was not working. They changed my room but I consider this management issue as regular maintainance of critical appliance is necessary. Then in the evening I went to shower. It tool me 30 min to shower as eventually the shower start to dry down. Second night I had dinner in their restuarant. I had to wait more than 1 hour for my order to arrive. I am very disappointed with this resort as it looks like it does not value anyone time. I never received apology for my discomfort. Resort should understand that my job as a guest is not to keep running to them to fix the issue. It should never have happened. Anticipate the problem and pro-actively take action.
