Phoenix Room

The rooms are stylish, functional, and furnished to an above-average standard for this price range. You'll find everything you need for a stopover. All rooms have sea views, and you can't hear the passing traffic. A lovely open-air beachfront restaurant is part of the complex. Unfortunately, the steep, narrow staircase to the rooms might not be suitable for everyone. There is no elevator. The very helpful and friendly staff assists with luggage. If the restaurant/hotel is closed, breakfast is not served. All in all, I was very satisfied.

We stayed at Phoenix Room at Saphli Beach for one night and had a very pleasant experience. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, someone was still waiting for us and ensured a smooth check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. We traveled by car, and parking was excellent. The property offers plenty of parking spaces directly on the seafront grounds, with enough room even for larger vehicles. The rooms are relatively small, but they have been thoughtfully renovated with charming Moroccan-inspired details. The same attention to detail can be seen in the bathroom, giving the accommodation a unique and welcoming character. The room, entrance area, lobby, and all common spaces were clean, tidy, and well organized. The Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout our stay and offered average but sufficient speeds for everyday use. A kettle was provided in the room, which is always a nice convenience. The air conditioning appeared fairly new, worked efficiently, and was pleasantly quiet. One feature that certainly caught our attention was the staircase leading to the rooms. It is a bit adventurous and quite unique in its construction. We found it amusing and admired the creativity and ingenuity behind it. However, guests with limited mobility, larger body sizes, or heavy luggage might find it somewhat challenging to use. The location is another strong point. A 7-Eleven, CJ More, the beach, the fishing pier, a barber shop, restaurants, and cafés are all within easy walking distance. The property also features a beachfront café that serves excellent coffee along with a wide selection of drinks and food at reasonable prices. The views from the café are fantastic and make it a great place to relax while enjoying the scenery. We were unable to get Netflix working on the TV during our stay. Since we were only there for one night, we did not ask for assistance. Based on our experience with the staff, we are confident they would have tried to help us if we had stayed longer. What stood out most during our stay was the consistently friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and eager to assist whenever needed. Overall: Phoenix Room at Saphli Beach offers clean and tastefully renovated accommodation in an excellent beachfront location. Combined with friendly service, convenient parking, a great café, and easy access to local amenities, it provides very good value for money. We would happily stay here again and can recommend it to other travelers visiting Saphli Beach. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great plus, loved the bar attached to the property. Breakfast was amazing and met great people. Amenities are top qualities and the staffs were very very friendly and helpful. Direct access to the beach and 7-Eleven within 3 min walk is another great value. Definitely coming back to this place :))) A friend of mind and I we travelled from the islands and we could really chill there.

The place needs a lift for the stairs are too narrow, certainly when carrying luggage. Otherwise in relation to the room rate a nice hotel.
