    Kosa is a mid range hotel in the centre of the bar area. Very well situated. I only stayed for one night, great hotel if you are here on holiday.

    Been staying at this hotel for the last 18 years, and it never disappoints. Staff are so friendly, and the facilities are good. See you next year.

    I've told the manager I wouldn't write a review but I need people to know this. I've been in this hotel twice, for more than 20 days in total. My girlfriend is Thai and she's parking her car at the hotel every evening, as we have the right to a parking spot. The guy responsible for the parking treats her very rudely just because she's Thai. One night, and this is absolutely disgusting, he told her "parking is for guests, not for prostitutes". That is absolutely unacceptable! I have complained and talked to the manager. The manager says he talked to the worker and he denies having said it (obviously, he wants to keep his job). The manager is protecting his staff. But his staff is hurting his hotel's reputation very badly. My girlfriend and I had no reason to make that up, we didn't even ask for anything from the hotel, we have nothing to gain. The staff was kind to me, but very rude to my girlfriend and I absolutely don't accept that. I've been in multiple hotels in Khon Kaen and KOSA is the worst. My girlfriend was treated like a princess in other hotels, especially Avani hotel. I will never be coming back to KOSA and I will move forward to file a report to the tourist police. Like this review do people see it and know what they can get in KOSA. And especially if you are a foreigner with a Thai partner, be careful on how they speak to your partner. They are often rude and dismissive. They treat women in a bad way. I advise everyone to not go to this hotel.
