    Really enjoyed our stay at Centara Udon. The location is probably the biggest advantage being right next to Central Plaza made everything so much easier, especially travelling with kids. Shopping, food and entertainment were all basically on the doorstep, and we hardly needed to use the car. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very relaxed and welcoming with our family. We were travelling with three young children and had no issues at all. Breakfast was also very good with a decent variety, and the whole experience felt easy and convenient. We actually would have stayed another night, but the hotel was fully booked, which probably says a lot. For a family trip to Udon Thani, I’d definitely stay here again mainly because the location makes such a big difference.

    perfect location for shopping lovers as it is attached to a shopping mall giveing many options for dining, breakfast etc. Room were okay.

    Clean, good aircon and warm water. Our floor was nice and quiet. We ordered an extra bed for our son. And for almost $30 we came back to find it was set up in the wrong room and we had to move it. Not a big deal but a bit of a hassle. The breakfast buffet is a hard pass. No bacon but spaghetti and sauce?!? With the mall so close, literally anything would be better than what’s provided.

    We wnated two ordinary rooms, the lady suggested that we bought two suite room for 4000 bath. I told her i wanted two regular room and i showed to her that there was 8 available room like that online. But she kept trying to sell me very expensive rooms. I booked rooms my self online and saved 3000 bath. Later we wheree at the reception and she was ver ignorant with us and never said hello.
