    from the moment we step into the hotel the staff were there to greet us with smiles , the rooms were perfect but the breakfast and the Thai restaurant were amazing , the best thai food i have ever had, thank you for a great stay

    This is my second time of staying at this hotel. the first time was having a surprise that there was smoking room available for my stay. But this time, no smoking room for me. As it's currently under renovation, the breakfast was not expected as I had stayed before. I may visit when the renovation works complete.

    The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations and the noise in the lobby and my room on the 7th floor were unbearable. I had great difficulty understanding the receptionist when I was checking in. I complained about the noise in the room and they moved me to the 18th floor which was better. The pool was not available either. This hotel would be great to stay in but I would not stay there again until the renovations are complete.

    The whole reception is a construction site, no swimming pool, noise. Nothing was informed before arrival.
