    I stayed here 6 weeks and loved it. The staff are accommodating and helpful. The location is fantastic. A short walk from the Maya shopping center where I had joined the gym. The old city is 10-15 min by Grab. In the other direction is the zoo and the university of Chiang Mai where there is an excellent lake for a peaceful walk. This hotel is my choice of stay when in visit Chiang Mai.

    I stayed at this hotel about 5-6 weeks and loved it. The staff are very attentive and help you as need arises. Breakfast is superb. My room was at one corner and the wifi was unreliable. They installed an extender in my room and I got excellent wifi. The location is walking distance from Maya shopping center where I joined a gym. In the other direction and easy walk to the University of Chiang Mai with a night market and an excellent lake for a hike. I will stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai.

    Check-in & Service: Check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Although we arrived at 3:00 PM, our room was not ready until 4:00 PM. The staff member handling our issue was quite rude, likely due to being overwhelmed by the high volume of guests. Management clearly needs improvement. Room Amenities: Upon entering the room, we found that there was no hair dryer. I tried calling the front desk/operator multiple times, but no one picked up. When someone finally answered, they asked if there was really no hair dryer or if we had taken it outside—even though we had literally just walked into the room! Eventually, housekeeping brought one to us. Parking: Since it was a busy period, parking was severely insufficient. The security officer tried his best, but the main lot was full. He directed us to park at a secondary lot further back. While we didn't mind the walk, we weren't given clear directions, and no staff was available to guide or escort us. Given the distance, the hotel should ideally offer a shuttle service, especially late at night. Breakfast & Location: The breakfast buffet was decent and offered standard hotel food. The best part of the stay was the location—it is close to local attractions and very convenient for getting around.
