    This is a nice resort right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice breakfast.

    The rooms are really nice. Fresh plumeria flowers decorated the beds. Rooms were nice, bathroom was large with a large sunken tub. Location: the resort is on the main road, but the restaurants, beach clubs and popular area were at least a kilometer away. Resort facilities: However the rooms are spread out in 4 unit buildings throughout the property like cates in a steep sloping site. Walking to common areas like the restaurant, pool and the beach can be a short hike on the slope. The beach front is not really a beach, you go down a ladder or a steep set of stairs to get to the water. The restaurant is not well used, and even the lights are turned on in the section a few guests are occupying- rest of the restaurant is dark attracting mosquitoes. Room amenities: The room had sinks in the main room with the bathroom in a separate room. Yet only exactly two shower towels were provided, no hand towels or napkins near the sink area. No slippers or pool bags. Beach towels are available on request. Room doors have physical keys not cards, with the tag serving as the ac switch. You can’t request or get more than a single key per room. If you are a couple, one of you may have to call house keeping to help open the room for you. Staff: Some of the front desk staff are friendly, and offer you help with a golf cart on the slopes. But most restaurant staff were not that friendly or accommodating to our needs even when the restaurant was nearly empty. Overall my stay was ok, but I won’t come back to this resort again for my next visit to this island.

    We had a wonderful stay at Briza Resort Koh Samui as a family. The location is excellent—right on Chaweng Beach but far enough from the busiest areas to feel peaceful. The resort has a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful tropical gardens, and a lovely beachfront resting area. Our Villa had a plunge pool with 2 spacious bedrooms. Clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping doing a great job every day. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any requests. The breakfast offered was quite limited variety of both Thai and international dishes, and but the beachfront setting made it a great way to start each day. The resort is also conveniently located, with restaurants, massage shops, convenience stores, and taxis all within easy walking distance. We attended the fire show and a BBQ party. The fire show was awesome but the food was quite a big let down. The restaurant had a variety of Thai and international dishes. Bit pricy and the quantity was small. Overall, Briza Resort offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for couples and families looking for a relaxing beach holiday in Koh Samui. We would happily stay here again.
