    The location is excellent. Right across from the beach and easy access to public transportation. 15 baht will take you to central Pattaya and 20baht to far end (north) of Pattaya. A Jomtien night market is a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We also enjoy walking the Jomtien beach at sunset for a long walk. Our room was clean everyday and the hotel provide beach towels for us to take to the beach. We would definitely come back again next time in Jomtien beach.

    Beach front jcb 3 digger machine in front of hotel when you look out from balcony and view of sea taken away when you have machine there . I understand work needs to be done but not good this time sorry but honest opinion. Husband of of my Thai wife
