    Very disorganized. We booked 2 rooms for family who were visiting and they insisted that there was only 1 booking for one room. They asked me to print the confirmation and receipt and drive to the hotel at 9 PM to prove I booked 2 rooms. I don't understand why they didn't ask for this during the day when we checked in.

    Someone mentioned the place was run by the gardiners, they are right, the keys and maintenance are managed by the groundskeeping staff, they are helpful and have a lot to do with all the plants etc. The advert they have swimming pools surrounded by these lodges, however, the pools are not cleaned so we couldn't swim in any of them, no chlorine, or filter running one was full of leaves. In fact you can't even get into one of the lodges and you go to a small apartment building. I don't know if the lodges are rented out to locals on a monthly basis but maybe. The room was clean, fresh towels bottles of water etc but of course you expect to be next to a pool.its taught me a lesson about advertising. There is an excellent restaurant outside. Really good thai food. We will visit that again, the food was great.

    Resort is beautiful, except for some areas dismissed. Room was dirty and really full of moschitos. No water pression in Shower. I book a deluxe room because have king bed, but in my room have a small queen bed. Maybe these place is good for political or wedding party.
