    Basic hotel but front desk receptionist service could be improved as there wasn't any courtesy calls to remind check out time after check out time is due and straight penalty 300 baht. Felt like being set up by the hotel and wouldnt recommend to stay here unless no choice

    At first the room was okay, you get what you pay for, looked decent and clean. A true budget hotel with minimal flairs. I requested a non smoking room but there was a lingering cigarette smell from the trash can but i ignored it. But on my second night a huge roach crawled out of the sink. I went down to reception to complain about this and the smoke smell and they offered to switch my room. I couldn't receive a refund and early check out. So i took the switched room. The switched room was horrible, mold on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper and mysterious stains on the wall, a hole in my blanket, and the ac would not get cool. This felt like retaliation for complaining so I could not stay any longer and switched to another hotel. Unfortunately that means i lost out on a good chunk of money for the rest of my stay. Be warned this hotel is also not in a tourist area and not near anything so you'll have to travel far to get to anything.
