    My stay was amazing. The perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Everything was great and the room was a unique little bungalow, perfect for a solo traveler looking to enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to everything happening in Pai. I would definitely visit again

    This is truly an idyllic place to stay in Pai, beautiful little huts within a tranquil tropical garden setting serene and also 1 minute from the main walking street. Breakfast is superb and included and steak dinner in the restaurant excellent. Mr Song Sha （松沙）We would like to say a sincere thank you for your exceptional courtesy and helpfulness throughout our stay. You went out of your way to recommend and give us directions to local places of interest, which turned out to be wonderful experiences, and you also kindly helped us with dinner reservations. We particularly appreciated you speaking Chinese with my wife and helping us communicate during our stay. Your kindness, patience and professionalism made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable.     מלון מקסים ומוקפד אבל לא מתאים לכל אחד האווירה מקסימה, צוות המלון אדיב מאוד, מאוד נקי וממש מפנקים - כל יום השאירו לנו הפתעות קטנות בחדר. מיקום מושלם - דקה משוק הלילה. ארוחת בוקר - מושלמת. מבחר גדול של אוכל מערבי מעולה. החסרונות: החדרים ממש צפופים - ולקחנו את החדרים הגדולים יותר 25 מר. המיטה הזוגית צמודה בצד אחד לקיר. אם אתם רגישים לרעשים קחו בחשבון שיש רעשים של טבע - צפרדעים, צרצרים וכו'. הוילון לא אטום לאור ונכנס אור בבוקר.

    We booked a family stay to include one child and one teen. Only when the booking was complete were we shown that only two adults were included in the booking. We are on holiday and want to rest not add stress. (This was not the fault of the hotel, it was an error somehow in the app) we contacted the hotel, they were good about getting back to us. They made up the room with two extra single beds. We felt the charge in arrival for the two kids was too high-in our original booking we had already felt it was more than a fair price for the hotel for a family. The idea of the hotel is lovely. The welcome in the room was great on arrival. insect control is poor due to units not being sealed properly and ants nesting in the walls of the bathroom. Maybe staff are tired of guests after a busy prior season but we felt the whole experience was a bit flat. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, talented chef! Our daughter was given lovely gluten free bread on our first two mornings. We weren’t aware there was refreshments in the foyer between 11 and 4, cold drinks and fruit which was lovely at checkout.
