Our stay at Pai Village Boutique Resort was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home right away. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—a peaceful oasis filled with lush gardens, charming wooden cottages, and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though it's just a few steps from Pai Walking Street, it feels incredibly quiet and secluded, giving you the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature each morning was such a refreshing experience. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious variety of both local and international dishes that started each day perfectly. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit.

The hotel is beautiful, with impressive attention to detail. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good as well. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the pool felt undersized for the number of guests staying at the hotel.

The stay at Pai Village Boutique was nothing short of exceptional. A major credit of that goes to the team behind it. Whether it was Lauren, Ping, or anyone else, they left no stone unturned in making me feel at home. The rooms were well-maintained and cozy, and the location was great. The delicious breakfast was a highlight - the lovely homemade bread and other items made every morning special.

We booked a family stay to include one child and one teen. Only when the booking was complete were we shown that only two adults were included in the booking. We are on holiday and want to rest not add stress. (This was not the fault of the hotel, it was an error somehow in the app) we contacted the hotel, they were good about getting back to us. They made up the room with two extra single beds. We felt the charge in arrival for the two kids was too high-in our original booking we had already felt it was more than a fair price for the hotel for a family. The idea of the hotel is lovely. The welcome in the room was great on arrival. insect control is poor due to units not being sealed properly and ants nesting in the walls of the bathroom. Maybe staff are tired of guests after a busy prior season but we felt the whole experience was a bit flat. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, talented chef! Our daughter was given lovely gluten free bread on our first two mornings. We weren’t aware there was refreshments in the foyer between 11 and 4, cold drinks and fruit which was lovely at checkout.
