    I've stayed here a few times when having a long layover (2-3 days) in Bangkok. For me, it's ideal, as it's quiet and comfortable and has good access to public transport and shops/restaurants. It's well appointed for self-catering if you want to do it, with fridge, microwave and water boiler and also has a decent walk in shower with plenty of hot water.

    I had a wonderful stay at KV Mansion and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay in Bangkok. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice private balcony that was very useful for hanging and drying clothes. I also really appreciated the Smart TV, which offered a good selection of international channels, including news and movies — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent. It is only about a 5-minute walk to On Nut BTS Station, making it very easy to travel around Bangkok. There are also plenty of local eateries, massage shops, hair salons and nail salons nearby. A 7-Eleven is just a stone's throw away, which is extremely convenient for drinks, snacks and everyday necessities. Another big plus is the washing machine and dryer located just behind the hotel's car park, which is very convenient, especially for longer stays. Overall, KV Mansion offers cleanliness, spacious rooms, convenience and great accessibility at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Kudos to the owner and staff. Keep up the great service 😀🙏🤗

    Overall, the facility was OK. Nothing was great, just average. But the staff was really odd. The front desk woman had sleeping eye wear on her forehead, and she would waive her hand and summon you forward to do business with you, to check in or check out. Not making eye contact being somewhat dismissive. Example, asking is everything OK? Are we good to check out. She stared down at the desk for 10 seconds and then waved her hand at us. Same at the check-in. She was in another office behind the registration desk. We were confused at first as where to go. Then she waved her hand, but did not make eye contact and continued to talk to someone else. When we went in there, she never made eye contact. She seem very bothered that we were even checking in at all. Didn’t tell us check in or check out time, explain the Wi-Fi situation, or any of the normal practices upon checking in. It was awkward and cold.. And then we tried to take the free shuttle to the mall. Walked over to the security officer/shuttle driver. When my partner who is Thai and obviously speaks fluent Thai asks how do we take the shuttle, or where should we go? He pointed to some tuk tuks and waved his hand angrily why he stared at his phone. A few seconds later, he screamed at his phone and I could see he was gambling. We were confused where we were supposed to go and he continued to yell at his phone and ignored us so we ended up walking to the mall.
