It also felt like they were trying to cut costs everywhere—even the air-conditioning on the ground floor was turned off, making the common area very uncomfortable. The room was even worse. The air-conditioner was extremely noisy, and one of the lights could not be turned off at all. I barely slept and had a horrible night. For a hotel, providing a quiet, dark and comfortable room should be the most basic requirement. The bellboy and reception staff were very polite and helpful, and I really appreciated their service. Unfortunately, the older woman working in the coffee area was quite rude and unfriendly, which left a very bad impression. Overall, despite the good service from the bellboy and reception staff, the condition of the hotel and the lack of basic comfort made the stay very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.
