    AC didn’t work. No toiletries. Staff is helpful but as they need to fix AC, it disrupts my rest time. And for that condition, it’s pricey. Should be cheaper.

    This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I had another great experience. I really love the spacious room, the strategic location, and the very helpful staff. At first, they placed me in a very large corner room, but I requested to move to a room closer to the elevator because I was traveling with a baby and needed to go in and out frequently. They understood my situation and immediately allowed me to switch rooms, which I really appreciated. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay here. Oh, and there is also a self-service laundry on the ground floor, so there’s no need to go far to do laundry.
