ห้องพักโดยรวมใช้ได้ แต่ควรปรับปรุงใหม่ เราพบขาแมลงสาบในผ้าปูที่นอนซึ่งไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ แต่ความสะอาดโดยทั่วไปก็โอเค ตอนกลางคืนได้ยินเสียงรบกวนพอสมควร พนักงานโดยรวมดี — พนักงานเปิดประตู พนักงานต้อนรับ และเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ล้วนเป็นมิตรและยินดีช่วยเหลือ ซึ่งเราประทับใจ สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ติดถนนที่รถวิ่งเยอะ จึงไม่ค่อยผ่อนคลายเท่าไหร่ ห้องออกกำลังกายเล็กและอุปกรณ์ไม่มีเครื่องไหนใช้งานได้เลย ประสบการณ์สปาแย่มากจริงๆ โทรจองล่วงหน้าหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ได้รับแจ้งว่าไม่ต้องจอง สามารถวอล์กอินเข้ามาได้เลย พอถึงวันที่เข้าเช็คอินและอยากจะนวดผ่อนคลายเพราะเดินทางมาไกล แต่พนักงานนวดแจ้งว่าคิวยังไม่ว่าง จะว่างอีกทีช่วง17:00น. และให้เราเขียนเบอร์โทรไว้ให้เพื่อที่จะได้โทรตามหลังจากถึงคิวแล้ว แต่ก็เงียบไปไม่โทรตาม เราเลยลองเข้าไปถามอีกครั้ง เจอพนักงานอีกคนแจ้งว่าคิวเต็มแล้ว แต่เราได้พูดไปว่าได้เข้ามาจองคิวไว้แล้วก่อนหน้านี้ แต่ พนักงานคนนี้ไม่ได้รับเรื่องจากพนักงานคนก่อน เพราะไม่ส่งเวรกันจึงทำให้คิวของเราหลุดไป ทำให้เราเสียความรู้สึกมากๆ เพราะตั้งใจมาพักผ่อนและเห็นว่ามีสระว่ายน้ำและร้านนวด&สปา เราตัดโปรแกรมเที่ยวชมสถานที่กลับมาให้ทันนัด แต่กลับถูกบอกว่าไม่มีคิวว่างจนถึง 19.30 น. ไม่มีใครโทรมาแจ้งเลย เสียเวลาวันหยุดไปหลายชั่วโมงเพราะเขาไม่แม้แต่จะหยิบโทรศัพท์ขึ้นมาโทร ผิดหวังมาก Overall rooms are ok. But it should be renovated. We found cockroach legs in the bed sheets which was not very nice. But general cleanliness is ok. At night, I heard quite a bit of noise. Overall good staff - doorman receptionist and security officers They are all friendly and happy to help. which we were impressed The swimming pool is next to a road that has a lot of traffic. So it's not very relaxing. The gym is small and none of the equipment is usable. Really terrible spa experience Call to reserve a week in advance. I was informed that a reservation was not required. You can walk in right away. When the check-in day arrived and I wanted to get a relaxing massage because I had traveled a long way. But the masseuse staff informed me that the queue was not yet available. Will be free again at 5:00 p.m. We were asked to write down our phone number so they could call us when it was our turn, but there was no call. So we tried asking again. We spoke to a different employee who said the schedule was full. However, we explained that we had booked an appointment previously. But this employee didn't receive our booking from the previous employee because there was a shift handover, so our appointment was lost. We were very disappointed because we had planned to relax and saw that there was a swimming pool and a massage & spa. We cut short our sightseeing plans to make sure we got back in time for our appointment, but were told there were no available slots until 7:30 PM. No one called to inform us. We wasted several hours of our day off because they didn't even bother to pick up the phone to call. Very disappointed.

Excellent room with balcony, super breakfast buffet. Easy access for travelling around, not noisy at night even though it's by the highway.

Older hotel so it showed ssome age. Room was clean. Bed was hard but i slept well. Breakfast was good, small buffet. Parking was good. Pool was small but covered from sun.
