    It was not nice at all, tiny room, yellow white sheets and broken shower, no chairs for the pool, and a lot of empty bottles and broken old furniture in reception.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked 5 rooms for our group of 10 people, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also a big plus — close to everything, making it very convenient to get around the city. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Ms. Ning, who went above and beyond in assisting us with booking tours and organizing activities for our large group. Her help made our trip smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for families, groups, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai with great service and value. We would definitely stay here again! 🌿✨
