Great location The owners didn’t seem to spend much time at the hotel as the desk was empty most days might be worth baring in mind for early or late check out to make sure you message ahead of time. It was a peaceful stay, room was clean. It would have been helpful if there was a bin in the room.

Great place to stay in Old Town Chiang Mai. Everything is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The rooms are good and affordable, with shared bathrooms. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for budget travelers.

Room and toilet are clean. Owner and staffs are very kinds. Location is inside old town.

While the location is excellently placed right next to an open-air market in the lovely streets of the old city, and the owner is kind, this place leaves something to be desired. There are prison cells more spacious than the room I stayed in, and I'm just grateful it had AC and a window. The shared bathroom had only one working toilet, no hot water in the shower, and one toilet stall glass door was smashed. You can do better.
