    It's super close to both the bus and train stations, and there's a mall and restaurants nearby too, so it's a really quiet spot! It's always great for a stopover night when you're traveling. 😊

This caused severe distress for my daughter, who had traveled alone from another province to Bangkok for an examination. 2. Inflexible and unhelpful service: As a loyal guest who has stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, I offered to verify my identity and booking history to guarantee her stay. However, the hotel initially refused completely and declined to check their guest database to verify my status. 3. Unnecessary ordeal to resolve: I had to go through an extremely difficult and stressful process from another province to arrange a third-party guarantee just so my daughter could have a room to stay and prepare for her exam. This ordeal was traumatic for a student traveling alone and highlights a critical failure in policy communication and system accuracy.
