    We booked a room with pool view, when we got to the hotel we wanted to upgrade to sea view room, they were agreed to have an upgrade with 6000 Thailand currency THB and I offered them 5000 THB in cash, they accept the cash . Right away I gave them 3000 THB. Everything was fine until the second night. The AC was leaking water, I put some buckets underneath and thinking the following morning they would come and clean the room and see the broken AC. But they didn’t show up.. Same day, when we get in the room, room was flooding with water from AC. They came to sucked the water with the towels for 40 minutes . AC guy came, tried to fix the issue so we left. When we came back to room. AC was not working on 30° temperature outside at night with humidity. The following day we left the room with non working AC and came back 7 PM. AC still was not functioning and The room was not cleaned. Fifth day they requested additional 2000 THB Cash and I told Manager I would not because of the many issues that we faced. He said OK it’s fine, the checkout date 3 ladies did not communicate with Manager. Asking and arguing about additional 2000 That I supposed to give them, I told ladies who was guarding the door; talk to the manager and we left.

    We had the large room that looked over the beach. One of my favorite rooms in Asia so far. By the way, there is a hidden lounge in front of the hotel that imo is the best on the island. Go on Friday you won't regret it. If you like Djs. If you like live music go to Vibration right down the road.

    The hotel is warned out. There is an after hours club that played the loudest bass until 5 am Friday & Saturday nights. We were terribly tired each morning. No warm/hot water 2 of the 3 days. The water pump for the supply makes a loud bang every few minutes. There is no safe in the room and no real checkin. The staff were ok, and the night security guard was very nice. Looks like this hotel is just waiting to shut down.

    Room is nice and short scooter ride to fisherman’s village and view from decking is nice. However pillows are ridiculously big you will sleep with your chin on your chest at 90 degrees. I had to make a makeshift pillow using the pillowcase and clothes. We didn’t see anyone who worked there once we checked in, no information, no option to add breakfast no options for dinner we were not informed about anything. So if you want a chilled stay close to fisherman’s then it’s fine but for the price we paid £*** per night, the expectations were not met
