The toiletries were of poor quality. I recommend taking your own. They do not sell you breakfast after 9 AM. Overall, it is a decent choice with potential for improvement in certain areas such customer service and cleanliness.

It's little too old hotel but it's got very clean and sanitarized towels and beds sheets. And the shower water pressure very good!! I liked the location. It's in the centre of Zona rosa. Closed to many restaurants and super selectos super markets. (Within 2 to 5 mins walk)

I recently stayed at this hotel in San Salvador and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful—always available and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and good quality.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, it was clear that the sheets on both beds hadn’t been changed, and out of six pillows, only one was free of stains or hairs. This really impacted my overall comfort and impression of the hotel.
With better attention to cleaning standards, this could be a fantastic place to stay. The hospitality is there—the hygiene just needs to match it.
