We had such a lovely stay, and the team went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special by beautifully decorating the room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the stay even more memorable! The Guest Relations Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to guide us on how to make the most of our trip and recommending the best things to do. The food was also amazing, with plenty of delicious options throughout our stay. If you’re planning to do excursions, this is definitely one of the best hotels to stay at, as most of the boats leave from right in front of the hotel, making everything incredibly convenient. Overall, the hospitality, location, food, and service were all fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with young child. Location in my opinion best on Praslin! Absolutely stunning beach only across Rd. Very nice, good size rooms. Lovely area with a little bit of Life in the evening, plenty restaurants, super markets and takeaways. Hotel it's a bit old but with a character, beautiful trees around, birds which eat from ur hand !! so so cute. Staff was very nice, breakfast very tasty with good selection. Bar at the pool with nice selection of cocktails at descent prices. Only 15 min drive from jetty. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it. Thank you, all involved for wonderful stay .

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and tropical charm. The property itself is stunning – lush greenery, easy access to the beach, and a beautifully maintained environment that truly enhances the vacation experience. Whether it was spending time by the pool or strolling through the resort, everything felt peaceful and refreshing. The service deserves a special mention. Every staff member was courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Bilal, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and constant support truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our holiday. The food at the resort was excellent, with a lovely spread and great quality, making every meal enjoyable. From breakfast to dinner, everything was well-prepared and delicious. Overall, Berjaya Praslin gave us a wonderful experience in every way—from the rooms and property to the service and dining. We sincerely appreciate the warmth and hospitality and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

The Room: The air conditioning was barely functioning, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. Because of the heat, I couldn’t get any proper rest. The Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, making it nearly impossible to browse or get any basic tasks done. The Service: To make matters worse, when I requested a simple 1-hour late check-out—specifically because I hadn't been able to rest due to their faulty AC—I was met with a flat, blunt "no" with zero flexibility or empathy. A hospitality business should prioritize guest comfort and show a little understanding when their own facilities fail. I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort and good service.
