    I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche from 4 to 5 July 2026, and once again, my experience exceeded all expectations. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and I am pleased to say that the exceptional level of hospitality has remained consistently outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Mohammed Alzahrani, Duty Manager, for his remarkable professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. His attention to detail, warm welcome, and genuine care consistently make every stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. This is not the first time I have experienced such outstanding service from Mr. Mohammed Alzahrani. During my previous stay from 11 to 12 May 2026, he provided the same exceptional level of hospitality, which prompted me to leave a review expressing my sincere appreciation. Experiencing the same excellence again during my most recent stay confirms that his dedication is not a one-time effort but a true reflection of his character and professionalism. Consistency is one of the most valuable qualities in the hospitality industry, and Mr. Mohammed Alzahrani exemplifies it perfectly. He always goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely valued. His positive attitude and commitment to excellence set a benchmark for outstanding customer service.     I came in check in time and the room wasn't ready until 4:30pm , overall the hotel provided see view only in the suites which it's more expensive and you don't need all that space, the elevator are too busy and you will have to wait for to long
