    One of the Best Hotels I have ever stayed in Jeddah in the recent years. Surely going back on all my regular trips. The Front Office Gentlemen during my Check-in was Kind and Supportive in revising my duration of stay and offered an Upgrade being our first visit.

    Beware of untrained housekeeping staff entering the room while you were sleeping or in shower. You discover pool of water on toilet floor and over the counter when you enter master bed toilet. Used soaps provided in other toilets. Only one clothes hanger in the closet for a 2 bedroom family suite. Nonfunctional A/C controls … either you shut down the air conditioning or shiver with cold. If you want to explore these adventures please book yourself a room. General Manager can’t be reached for a week to complain and take necessary action.
