    Good hotel in many ways, but we were disappointed by Suceava itself. There really is not a very enjoyable old town—what is nearby are run down postwar buildings. The parking is NOT really free, as there is little chance of getting a free space in front of the hotel,so you likely must park nearby for a fee. The Citadel is a long, steep walk away, and looks likely to be under reconstruction for several years more. There is a very nice museum near it of traditional village homes that have been moved there. If we could do it again, we’d instead stay up in the Bucovina area. Putna Monastery is a must visit.

    This is a wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel. A swimming pool would be an ideal addition! The rooms are a good size. The location is close to an area with good cafes. Not much was open on Sunday but we found excellent coffee and freshly squeezed juice within a short walking distance of the hotel and a supermarket. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The quality of the food we had in the restaurant for lunch was not up to par with the overall standards of the hotel. All in all, I definitely recommend the hotel and would easily return.

    I stayed for one night only, but it was a very nice experience. I like that their reception is open 24 hours. Useful when you arrive late at night. Rooms are recently renovated. The only downside was my bath towel. It was covered in some old blood stains. I would suggest checking your towel before using it.
