Nice hotel with lovely friendly staff, decent sized rooms in a very central location, couple of loud venue bars close by but didn't interrupt sleep, nice restaurant Riccos attached to hotel with discounted prices for
residents attached to hotel, would definitely stay again.

Arrived at the hotel and check in was fast, made our way to our room and found iron bars on the window and a high wall outside, made my way back to reception to complain about the room and was told as it was. Sunday we would have to wait until the next day, made our way to reception on the Monday and the reservation manager would not even come to reception to talk to us, but they did want €45 to move us rooms which I refused to pay, the receptionist said we had booked N economy room which we hadn’t and I showed her my reservation, they eventually moved us rooms, but it meant we had to walk around for a few hours until the room was ready, eventually we got the other room which was very small and the bathroom was in med of renovations but we just took the room and said nothing
