    Hotel looks good, location is convenient, facilities are fine (however Spa was closed the first day, then fully booked the second day because apparently you need to reserve in advance but receptionist conveniently forgot to mention it the day before). Overall, the customer service of front desk staff can be better.

    I payed for sea view and I got a side view. Tho hotel claims it’s Agoda problem and Agoda charged me extra for the room with sea view
