    Hotel is in good location, is a little bit older but you pay for what you get. Location is definitely a factor and even if it’s older hotel the staff alone is why I would book again and very convenient location! Be mindful Of the loft rooms if you have PWD.

    Hotel is in good location. 10 minute walk to SM Mall, if you're into that. Short ride to Clark Freeport zone and others businesses and to the airport. My room was new or newly refurbished. King sized bed. Room not large but still nice. Nice rooftop restaurant with many Filipino and western options, with a full bar and with great views. Here are the few negatives. The tile in the room, especially the bathroom, is very slippery when wet. Dangerously so. I had to call and ask for my room to be serviced (I had returned about 3:30). Nobody came. I had to call and request fresh towels and more soap (the tiny soap bottles didn't last more than one day). Don't leave any food out. The ants are quick to find it. But this is not really a hotel problem as it is a Philippines problem. There is a standard hotel refrigerator; put your food there.

    Stayed only 1 night as there is construction work going on....it reverberates through your room and building. No hot water for shower. Breakfast average. No early check in even though room was ready...they wanted 1000php plus to check in early. Staff were very nice however. They are just doing what they are told. The hotel down the road was far better for the price with no fee for early check in......no construction noise and nice hot water. It is called Central Park hotel resort.
