    the place is amazing, but I expect that I can enjoy the pool as what I've seen in the features from my booking. when I arrive it's exclusive only for the events and those who booked package.

    The property mainly caters events as they have a big events place. They recently opened the property for hotel bookings. You will feel a sense of exclusivity as there are only few guests with us during our stay. The property is kind of remote and there are no stores within the property, but you may purchase your needs at a nearby convenience store around 4 kilometers. The staff mentioned that they are currently working to open a restaurant by September 2025. The only thing concerns me is the photos advertised in Agoda as it shows a swimming pool, but upon arrival, the staff mentioned that they only fill swimming pool (pool does not have water when we checked in) when there are reservations for it. I suggest that Agoda should remove the swimming pool photo on this listing as they are not meant to the hotel guests and it causes confusion on who wishes to stay there. I chose the property because it has swimming pool on the photos given its price only to find out that the pool is for another reservation.
