I stayed at Park Vil-la Appartelle from May 12–16 while attending a seminar nearby. The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location. There are many affordable eateries within walking distance, and essential establishments such as Puregold and a hospital are very accessible. Our seminar venue, Ardenhills Suites, was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
The room was quite small for three occupants, but considering the affordable rate, it was acceptable. The property does not offer a breakfast option, but they do sell a variety of biscuits, cup noodles, and beverages for guests who need a quick snack.
One important thing to note is that Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and not inside the rooms. They also have common areas where guests can work, but these spaces can get quite hot because of the exhaust from multiple air-conditioning units. Additionally, there are no readily available power outlets for charging devices in these areas.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay with a very convenient location, Park Vil-la Appartelle is a good option. Just be aware of the limited Wi-Fi access and the challenges of the common working areas.

No doubt this is a cheap option if you are in a tight budget and have an appointment near q.ave, timog or tomas morato area. However, very inconsiderate and insensitive guests bool in this place. Most likely drivers or couples (looking for a place to spend a few hours). I was awaken by shouting guests calling frontdesk and housekeeping and loud banging of doors. What bothers me is no reprimand from staffs or security guards to keep it down. If you value your rest avoid booking in this property. Also, rhe A/C unit was too weak to cool the room even if the thermostat was on a full.
