Love the concept. The shared restroom was also clean. Also love the pool and the beach and so many restaurants for food options. Staff is commendable too. Very attentive and quick response to guests needs. We’d love to go back and try other type of accommodations too.

The place is really good, we also love the food at Captain Barbozza. The room is good for sleep, but the CR is quite too far from our room. Overall stay, we had a good stay and would definitely recommend Cocoons to friends

It can feel expensive for the size of the room, but the amount of money it must to keep that place running; it is worth it. You get restaurants, a big swimming pool with slide, amazing beach, and lovely friendly atmosphere in a big private resort with a bunch of different lodgings from small cocoons to large villas. The cocoons are great cos they make this kind of resort affordable to people who aren’t rich. And they still come with coffee, a kettle, a safe, a mini fridge, and cudboard space to put things. Everything you’d expect from a hotel room, just 1/5 the size. My only suggestion is a little sari sari shop so people can buy small things without leaving, and free water refill in the Villa areas. The room advertises free coffee but we’re not able to fill the kettle with tap water due to signed health hazard, so you have to use bottled water purchased from restaurant. Not free! Also very hard to dry wet clothes in the cocoons, but you can dry outside. Will be a struggle in the wet season, but laundry isn’t expensive. 200 per 7kg. These down sides aren’t reasons not to go back, just constructive feedback. The place is amazing.

Facilities not well maintained. Beach with a lot of algae that you can't swim on it. Housekeeping not responsive and need to follow up. Drinking water is not free once you emptied their 2 free water bottles. No night life and their bar is boring. Not generous with booking refunds and strict with their OTA terms & conditions.
