okay yung room and all pati foods except sa receptionist. Pagdating ko palang sa lobby nakabusangot na agad yung babae sa reception, then when I ask her about my room na binook ko Dec. 7 palang via Agoda clueless na agad without verifying she answered walang available at walang nakabook, so pinakita ko yung confirmation email ayaw nya pa nga magpa konek halos sa wifi I asked multiple times kung pwede kumonek to show her the email di sya sumasagot. Then gumana yung mobile data i was able to present na my booking confirmation tumawag pa sya na parang ayaw nya talaga ako i-accomodate. I was so tired that day kasi galing ako sa byahe at sa event 2pm yung check in time ko pero around 7pm na ko dumating sa hotel tapos si ate na ma attitude yung bumungad saken. After 30mins of waiting pumayag na sya na parang napilitan kasi sinabe ng tinawagan nya confirmed may booking nga ako as early as December 7 paid din on the same time na binook ko sya. without apologizing for the inconveniences sinabihan nya lang ako na "sige na ma'am" sabay abot ng 2bottled water at hotel amenities na nakabusangot parin, really poor yung service although maayos yung hotel di ko narin na enjoy. Family room yung binook ko pero mag isa lang ako nakarating kasi my biglaang ganap yung family ng partner ko. Until i checked out bumubulong bulong pa sya sa kasama nya at nakasimangot parin at tinitigan pa ko ng ilang seconds grabe yung attitude. I'm really not happy about it at sure akong magbibigay pa ko ng reviews sa gamit ibang social media platforms, to spread awareness!

The unit is fine, since the purpose of stay there is just to sleep lang para mkapag prepare for the next day event. We went checked in 6pm and checked out around 9am. Overall the unit is fine, but the owner accusations regarding missing piece of the chess she mentioned to us is inappropriate! Cause we to know to ourself that WE DONT HAVE TIME TO PLAY CAUSE WE’VE BEEN TRAVELING TARLAC tired and exhausted due to massive traffic.. I actually booked for 3 adult and 1 child but the owner asking me a extra-bed cause the room is intended only for couple with 1 child but based on we purchased from agoda showing that their unit is for 3 adult and 1 child and its acceptable based on the online.. so sad that this is our firstime we felt this na may mga hidden charges na dahil sa incorrect accusation sa amin. Will not recommend this based on the owner ACCUSATIONS. ingat nalang
