Firstly, the place is rundown almost to the point of being condemned. Concrete walls, stairs and walkways are broken, jagged and missing pieces. Room furnishings are the same, ..broken. Ac barely worked, no tv, no wifi. Free breakfast? Eggs and sausage arrived cold, and I don't mean it cooled off some as they delivered it. I mean ice cold as it was made hours before and sat on a counter somewhere collecting God knows how many bugs. They call it beachfront, but it's really not. We couldn't even see the beach from our room (2nd floor). The only redeeming quality was the pool, which was excellent and clean. Overall, buyer beware...
