    We stayed here for ₱750 (posted rate sa ilang tarpaulin outside is ₱900). The room is quite spacious, like a 2-bedroom apartment, with two bedrooms, a kitchen area, a refrigerator, and a small balcony at the back. We stayed in one of the bedrooms. The aircon was working well, but the bed was quite thin, and you can already feel the wooden frame underneath, so it may not be very comfortable for some guests. Basic amenities were provided, like a sachet of shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, and a small tube of toothpaste. Only one towel was given, even though there were two guests. Naa'y bayad if additional towel. There was no WiFi available when we stayed. Better ang signal if naa ka sa parking area kay hinay kaayo if naa sa sulod. The bathroom may need some attention. The shower was not working during our stay, so we had to use a pail instead. The pail had some hard buildup (possibly stains or mold). The shower area also looked quite rusty, and the mirror had noticeable water stains, which made it hard to see clearly. We chose this place mainly because of the parking, and that part was convenient. The guards were very friendly and helpful. Also, the receptionist is nice pud. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly, spacious stay, but guests who are particular about bathroom conditions and comfort may want to take note of the current setup.
