    I had a wonderful experience staying at Hop Inn Hotel. The value for money is definitely worth mentioning—the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would also like to commend the security guards, front desk staff, and room attendants. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was also impressive. One thing I noticed, though, was that there was no intercom/telephone in the room—at least in the room assigned to me. Because of this, I had to go down to the reception area whenever I needed assistance. Personally, I found this quite inconvenient, especially when you need to ask for something from the room. Overall, I still had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at Hop Inn Hotel again. With a few small improvements like having an intercom or telephone in the rooms, the experience could be even better. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and budget-friendly hotel! 👌

    I arrived early around 9am,I wait so long at the reception area since Check In time at 2pm,but then some people arrived around 11+am they let them In at the hotel. I was wondering 🤔 this staff in this hotel are not fair to the other guest her name is Ann and she told to me comeback at 1pm She forgot me i was waiting the area i saw new guest coming she check in,and me i was setting there ! I am repeated guest in your hotel I understand the standard time case2x happen, So I ask to other reception again if i can check in mam ace she let me in thank you! I was working back then at crown plaza hotel before, we treat our guest equally!
