    Facade Hotel is a very good choice when in Tabaco. It's located at the city center which. makes it accessible to restaurants, supermarkets, the market, churches and the plaza. The rooms are well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. For the price, this is good value.

    Booked April 30-May 1,2026 triple deluxe room to spend the night in Tabaco before proceeding to the nearby island. Upon checkin, we definitely alerted the front desk that we will check out early in the morning around 4:30-5am (and instructed them to make sure someone is around for check out) because we are following a tight schedule and cannot afford to have hiccups. This is a form of consideration. HOTELS should naturally have a staff for checkout. 4:30 am, come checkout, 2 front desk officers were nowhere to be found, this went on for 30 mins . security guard did everything to find them. no apologies or explanation from FO officer Melissay Joy Bongalon. The hotel needs to retrain staff. Disapponting!

    I always come back to this hotel because they are always very nice and have excellent service for their travellers. Very good food, great ambiance and very helpful staff. Kudos Facade Hotel and Agoda, God bless!
