    I love the location. You just have to go down for groceriea and restaurants. Cofee is also available in the waiting area at a very affordable price. Mount Mayon Volcano is also visible from the waiting area although some coconut trees make it impossible to get a full view of it. There's also an elevator which makes it convenient to carry luggage up and down. Some hotels don't have elevators, we've tried once and it's very inconvenient most especially if you have a heavy luggage. The staff are also accommodating and flexible when it comes to special request.

    We booked April 15-17, before we go to hotel April 14 i contact the hotel to clarify things about my booking "Standard Fan Room " if there is Fan only which i confused with the inclusions like aircondition etc so the costumer service representative said we don't need to pay another charge for the airconditioned but after we arrived front desk told us that we need to pay another 4k for 4pax to get the airconditioned room. I was so shock because of my booking details. The front desk told us " we need to choose if fan room or airconditioned room" I am disappointed because next day was my birthday. I paid additional 4k to get check in for that night.
