    The staff were helpful and approachable. Answers all my queries. Since I arrived late, check in was not possible for my daughter but an option was properly advised. After all the necessary arrangements check in was quicked. The room was cleaned. The linens were new. Bottled water in the dispenser are available in all hallways. Elevators are well maintained. Wi Fi was fast. They allso allowed us to keep our stuff after check out Although the surroundings were so busy, but all necessary things were available especially foods. It is near to Divi and Lucky China Town. I was not able to explore the area properly because of time constraints but surely I will book iagain n my next vacation

    I booked this hotel for a weekday stay to celebrate my birthday with my senior citizen parents. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Pros: Smooth Early Check-In: We arrived at 1:00 PM and were immediately accommodated for early check-in. My booking requests for an early arrival and a room near the elevator were both granted, which I highly appreciated. Spacious & Clean Room: The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for three people, complete with an extra bed setup and windows. Great Bathroom Facilities: The toilet was large, well-maintained, and featured excellent water pressure, hot water, and a bidet. Privacy & Quietness: If you value peace and privacy, this hotel excels. It was fairly quiet during our stay, though this may have been because it was a weekday. Friendly Checkout: The manager who assisted us during checkout was very friendly and personally encouraged me to share my feedback. Areas for Improvement: Front Desk Hospitality: While online reviews mentioned welcoming staff, we didn't experience this upon arrival. The male staff member at check-in was quite nonchalant when I greeted him. Bed Quality & Birthday Request: The mattress was a bit too springy and could be upgraded for better comfort. Additionally, there was no special setup for my birthday request (though understandable if it goes against hotel protocol). Limited Breakfast: Other reviews praised the breakfast variety, but I beg to disagree. The selection felt limited and could definitely be improved. Location & Accessibility Note: The hotel is a decent property located near Ongpin Street, about a 10-minute walk to the Chinatown Arch. While you can easily take an e-trike to Binondo Church and 168 Mall (as we did), the location isn't the most convenient if you are traveling with senior citizens for a food crawl. If that is your main goal, I would suggest booking at Ramada Manila instead for better accessibility. Good to Know: They require a refundable security deposit of Php 2,000 upon check-in. This is stated on their Agoda page, but just a heads-up for future guests who might miss it. Final Verdict: The property feels more positioned as a business hotel. It was a decent stay

    The place is comfty and nice. The staff is very accommodating and nice. You get the best for the price you paid!

    The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficut to rest well. The shower head and rain shower knob was not functioning properly, and the shower area causes water to pool in one area. The towels also did not feel fresh to use. Breakfast service staff needs training in handling food service. Many guests were left waiting for the food to be refilled. Some staff appeared nonchalant with little initiative to maintain the buffet area clean during service.
