AVOID: False Advertising, Filthy Rooms, and Roach InfestedWe had a terrible experience at Rainbowland and absolutely cannot recommend it. The only reason we stayed is because we were traveling with our dog and had no other accommodation alternatives. The Main Issues:False Advertising: The pictures on their advertisements look nothing like the actual property. What you see online is completely different from the reality when you arrive.Unacceptable Bathroom Conditions: The toilet was so unbelievably dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was so bad that I actually had to go out, buy my own bleach, and scrub the floor and toilet myself just to make it usable.Pest Infestation & Old Facilities: The property is very old and run-down. To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches in our room. The Service: The overall service and state of the hotel were awful. However, I want to note that one female staff member was actually very nice and accommodating. She tried her best to help us, but the terrible condition of the building is something the staff simply cannot fix on their own.Final Verdict:Do not let their online photos or pet-friendly policy fool you. It is not worth your money, time, or the discomfort. Avoid this place at all costs.
