    Good location, policy, polite staff and nice facilities if well taken care of. Unfortunately: 1st stay: Room smelled so bad from cigarette smoking. They should have addressed that prior to booking us in the room. We were then made to wait for 2 hours plus for them to check and deodorize the room. Yet the cigarette smell lingered but there are no more available rooms, it was already paid for online and we were exhausted as it was getting late in the evening already so we just tolerated the miserable non-rest. 2nd stay: was hoping for a better stay and forethought the 1st experience was an outlier. Unfortunately, we were so wrong. This time the door kept beeping atleast 3x per minute, and housekeeping took more than an hour to check. Then took almost another hour to conclude it cannot be fixed. And we were transferred to a room with a different configuration from which we booked, with a manual noisy aircon where you have to stand over a bed to reach and adjust. As it was late again, we were exhausted and had lot of important stuff we had to bring, we just had to endure another miserable non-rest. We gave it a chance, but what we got was an overall bad experience. Lesson learned.

    I truly enjoyed my 6‑day stay! The place was comfortable, well‑maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. I appreciated the smooth check‑in and the overall atmosphere,it felt like a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend this to friends and look forward to booking again.

    We had a wonderful stay at Zillion Pavilion Family and Business Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience hassle-free. The reception area was welcoming, and I appreciated that the lobby offered food and drinks, making it a nice place to relax. The hotel has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, especially in the evening, making it perfect for both families and business travelers. It truly lives up to its name. The only thing I noticed was the massage chair service. We paid Php400 for one hour to use the two massage chairs, and the experience itself was nice. However, I was a bit surprised that instead of paying through the hotel's QR code, we were asked to send the payment to an individual's GCash account because they said the service only accepts cash. It may be the hotel's policy, but it wasn't very clear to guests. Since many customers nowadays no longer carry cash, it would be more convenient if the payment process were better explained or integrated with the hotel's payment system. Overall, everything else was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
