I Infact to start with, introduced myself as someone who also works for Travel and Tourism and comparable to *** I feel comfortable with the open communication and the value of suggestion to which I was being treated as a guest not just a somebody moreso not a prisoner whom they can check fr time to time even in the expense of breaching your time to rest in my experience with Bermuda. The food are great. But they do not have refund or change of item policy EVEN IF THE FAULT IS GLARING MADE BY THEM..the managers are not so keen accepting suggestions nor will meet the bargain to resolve the iisue.. Comfy wise... Security.. Privacy.. Hospitality.. Value of service.. The staff.... I am so sorry but I rather give this 5 star to Sogo Hotel.. Absolutely not with Bermuda. They have a lot of refreshers.. Restrategize and Reassess their ways to adapt in our current setting in the hospitality industry

    It says they have a gym. They don’t. The internet connection is very very bad as well. But the staff is really lovely
