    The staff were all great to us, very accommodating, very polite, and approachable. The location is very good if you have an appointment in Pacific mall or around downtown. We’ve stayed in 2 different rooms and I can say that all were clean, smelt good and the beds were pretty well made.

    Booked Deluxe room, but was given the cheaper Superior room. The hotel said that is was Agoda who made the mistake. Until now the case is NOT yet settled. Please Agoda, I already sent an email to you regarding this error in booking.

    I booked 2 rooms for 4 pax in this Hotel but the receptionist told me that our booking was in Queen Margaret Diversion. I showed my confirmation booking and gave her my reference booking number. Upon checking she told that the booking is good for only 2 persons . I reiterated that i booked 2 rooms for 4 pax so the hotel should accommodate us. Until such longer time of waiting, she then handed our card key and a key to another room. Our room has no double lock compared to the other. We even dont have a small refrigerator compared to the other room. The CR has small cockroaches crawling and the shower is not functioning well. There is no rod for the towels and clothes when taking a bath.
