We really enjoyed our stay here in Agos Hotel!! Staff were all so nice and accommodating.. The ambience is very relaxing, the best part is you can open the doors coz they have screens so you can appreciate the garden view.. The only downside here was the stairs going to the hotel but its really worth it for the hotel is very relaxing.. I do not think that this hotel is senior or pwd friendly but the staff can really assist you,.They do have a door bell by the way, just ring it so they can help you with your luggage. Our overall stay is very relaxing and comfortable..we highly recommend Agos..Rooms were all clean when we arrived,.they have a small table if you need it for work..

Booked Agos few days before our flight and it definitely did not disappoint! Ate Camille was really accommodating since the day we arrived until our last day. We really loved the room because it's really spacious and clean. I love how it's accessible to everything! My partner and I didn't mind the steps because we love walking LOL. I will surely consider Agos again in the future! Definitely recommended!

My sister had an issue when they check in, on the agoda app it says children 7 and below are free. But when they check in, the staff says that they have to pay for my niece’s stay, they an additional pay without additional changes in their, nor additional bed provided. Staff says that just raise the issue in Agoda app as it was not their problem anymore. Even though my sister left a note and included rhe names and age even provided sa screenshot of it still they asked us to pay for additional pax hence nothing is added in our accommodation for the additional pax paid.
