    I have been going here a few times over the past couple of years. Nice place and location is about 10min walk to red square. You have a 7 11 shop which is also close to the hotel

    Writing this review to help improved Elyseah because we already stayed here 2 years ago and the place now looks a little bit different. My husband and I booked a regular room. We always choose nonsmoking because we have a toddler. Upon arrival we checked in and the smell of the 1st room was so awful it smelled like cigarette although they claim that nobody smokes inside but still the smell was so strong. We were offered the next room, it still smelled like cigarette but a little less ..we stayed there for around 2 hours and left to buy our dinner upon entering the room that's when we realized that the smell of the cigarette was strong. We told the admin and luckily they upgraded us to the executive room. Although the room wasn't as clean as we thought it was better than the 1st two who had horrible cigarette smell. 2 years ago we checked in here and the pool was super clean and blue, now it's colors green and turbid. I also saw how they do their laundry there. They stuff everything in the washing machine and it's barely even spinning anymore so I doubt that the sheets and towels are clean. Very upset with this stay hope u can do something about it

    The location really works well for me. There's an ATM at the door which is so convenient. Not having anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom seemed odd. But the thing that really got me was the lowlife smoker that ruined this non smoking room. There were air fresheners in it the whole 6 days I was there but it didn't shift the foul smell of smoke. It was so bad that leaving my case open with exposed clothing meant they absorbed the smell of smoke too. It's not the condos fault they had a completely ignorant guest, but it's annoying it was still bad enough to affect my belongings.
