too expensive for an old tired and rundown hotel. Water flow is low. Aircon is HOT! You will NOT enjoy your stay. Better off going to other hotels. ANY hotel will be better value than this one.

7.6 / 10Good·Oct 2026

The staff was very friendly and helpful but there were no working escalators for our luggage, drinks were overpriced and expired dates, tv had no internet or cable, there was no hot water. We went to the spa and it looked busy, but it was dark and scary so we left. There really isn't anything to do by the airport. The tradeoff is that the hotel is directly across the street from the airport and traffic to the city can be a nightmare so if you have time to kill I would recommend staying at ***. However, if you get in late and have an early flight, this hotel is probably a better option.

I booked this hotel despite the high cost because of the convenient location. The hotel itself was nice and the room was clean. However, upon arrival I tried to take a shower and noticed that there was no hot water. I tried to call the front desk, but the room phone wasn't working (they did eventually fix it). When I went downstairs, I was told that the boiler wasn't working and they would inform me when it was fixed. After an hour or so, I went back downstairs, and asked again about when they thought the hot water would be on. They pointed to a sign at the front desk informing guests about the boiler problem (which I had not previously seen). They told me that it had not been working for several days and they had no idea when it would be fixed. At that point, I left and booked another hotel. I am trying to get a refund for the night, but Agoda has let me know that they are unable to get approval from the hotel for a refund. I think that given this problem had persisted for several days, I should have been notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel as a hot shower should be a basic amenity provided. I would not stay in this hotel again - there are many others in the area with free airport shuttles and much lower prices.
