    Customer Service is a top notch. The room is vey clean. Yung maganda sa front desk I like her she's veey professional. Ill come back again.

    Stayed overnight with my cousin and our senior parents. Location is near Alimall and Gateway aside from SM Hypermarket which is a plus. The staff were accommodating and kind. There is an initial deposit of P1000 per room that will be returned once you have checked out. They also mentioned about an ongoing renovation so there might be noise but we did not hear them. Elevator was old and the ground floor button has no label and was a bit dislodged already. You can use the stairs if you are in the 3rd or 2nd floor. Room was spacious as it has a kitchen and dinner table in a separate area before being able to enter the bedroom. The hotel room looks a bit outdated but still functional. No slippers provided but there were toiletries. Only 2 hangers were provided when there are 3 people in the room. Wifi was fast which was nice. Only concern was when we ordered our dinner on the cafe where it took almost an hour and a half. We even stayed at the cafe as we did not want any room service. We keep asking and they said it will be ready soon but when we got it, it was not hot anymore. I believe they cooked in batches and wanted to serve them all at the same time. We ordered around 6:30 and got the food almost 8pm. Imagine that. Hopefully, they could improve on this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a brief vacation but I will be rating this 3.8/5. We might go back someday. Thanks.
