    Really good way to reduce an early flight stress if you live out of town. I wish we would have known that our flight to AU that said check in closes at 4.30am,would have mentioned that check in will only open at 4am so we could have had at least an extra hour of sleep before going downstairs to realise that none of the checkin staff is there to assist us with connecting flights checkin that can't be done through the machines. Seemless checkin and out of the hotel though 😇

    The room is sparkling clean, both me and my friend enjoyed our stay here. The hotel provides everything we need. Will surely come back again.

    Stayed for one night, arrived at 9.00pm.one staff on check out to a queue. No one came to help the lonely guy out. Waiting that late at night was not a good experience. Asked about room service, which he was not helpful, then said it would close at 9.30.finally got checked in, went upstairs to quickly locate menu. Phoned reception, no answer. Couldn't work the app fast enough. Resorted to running down and asking. Got there just on 9.30,they refused to take the order. What customer service. This was bitterly dissapointing. Worst part is I have another booking in 2 weeks, alreay paid for. I just felt really resentful
