    The receptionist guy upgraded our rooms. We were tired and a bit lost/ silly but he patiently showed us our rooms upstairs. 2 thumbs up for his service

    This was a last minute booking for the King's Birthday weekend, and for it's price the room was clean and decent. But the weirdest thing that happened in our stay is that our lights, especially the ones in the bathroom, doesn't work in the mornings. Everything else, like the lamps, heat pump, TV, and sockets are working fine. It just seems that somebody was messing with the switch board for our room during mornings. By the time we went back to our room in the afternoon/evening, the lights are working again. It's a bit of a hassle, especially when using the bathroom without a light. Reception wont be helpful either as they are only open for a few hours in the afternoon. Aside from the receptionist, we never saw anyone else working in the accom. The place feels like they're understaffed. Aside from the light fiasco, I would say our stay was okay.
